Electrostatic powder coating
Our company undertakes powder coating of various structures in small and large quantities. Powder coating, or sintering, is a process that produces a special surface coating, usually on metal surfaces.
Technology. A colored plastic powder-based paint is then applied to the surface using an electrostatic spray gun. The plastic powder paint adheres to the metal surface and is then melted and baked in an oven. The resulting surface is extremely durable, flexible and heat-resistant.
Advantages: no solvents are used, no odors, therefore environmentally friendly, the spraying equipment is closed technology, no emissions, less expensive than solvent painting, large surfaces can be covered quickly, no drying time, can be installed immediately after firing, can be used, is resistant to UV radiation and weathering, aesthetic, no bleeding, more homogeneous, the surface is durable, heat-resistant.
